William Seltzer is a real estate professional focused in the greater South Florida region. With a background in finance, William has participated in more than $60 million of real estate transactions and has performed due diligence on over 65 renowned projects across the country, exceeding 22 million square feet and $5 billion in total hard costs. He has a relentless work ethic, and his depth of experience dealing with nearly every property type and price range enables him to provide a distinguished scope of services to a new buyer or a seasoned seller.

His work experience includes providing due diligence advisory services, managing a personal rental property portfolio, leading an off-campus residential redevelopment project near Temple University in North Philadelphia and holding positions at the Miami Dolphins and the New York Mets. William is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College (Cum Laude) and grew up on Philadelphia's Main Line.

He is currently based between Miami and Palm Beach and takes great pride in advocating for his clients while providing them the utmost in guidance and service.
